Spacious 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse with the following features: sleeps up to 9 using extra queen and full sleeper sofas, and twin futon. Completely remodeled full bath in the master bedroom includes walk in shower with sliding glass door. Each bedroom has its own balcony. Patio areas in the front and rear of townhouse, dining room table expands to seats eight people. Appliances included full size washer and dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, and expresso machine. Features of the townhouse include three flat screen smart tvs, beautiful beach decor, beach towels, linens, beach chairs, gas grill, electric golf cart that provides FREE parking at the beach, card and board games, community in ground pool, and plenty of parking. 🏖️🌊🏊‍♂️☀️📸🐚

Price:💰

We charge 150 each of the first 2 nights and 125 each additional night. We appreciate a 3 night minimum. We only do through us so we do not use a third party. We still pay the taxes from that income.

Cleaning: 🧺🧼🧹🫧

Cleaning is flexible.

-Do yourself at no cost, we have a list. Basically leave how you found it;)

-You can do all but bring your own linens/towels so you don’t need to wait on washing and drying.

-Our service provider can do all $175

-Bring your own linens/towels and our service provider can do for $125
